tonight i made a smoothie for tommorow for breakfast so i dont wake anyone. heres the recipe...
2 handfulls of plantain (we picked it wild last summer, works as lettuce)
1 pint of water
2 frozen bananas
2 tbsp. of cherry juice concentrate
1/2 teaspoon of stevia
2 tbsp. hemp protein powder
1 tbsp. lemon juice concentrate
and then put in the fridge for tommorow. enjoy! (i know i will)
